The Foreign Investment Division is established within the Ministry of Commerce, Industries, labor & Immigration with the core objective of facilitating and encouraging the growth of foreign Investment in Solomon Islands. We are the gateway for foreign investors who are contemplating investing in our country. Beside we are the only body that has the authority to issue the “Foreign Investment Certificate of Registration” to foreign investors’. Without this piece of document, foreign investors cannot do business in Solomon Islands. We also assist Foreign Investors by providing investment advice and guidance on how to formally establish their businesses in the country.
